Getting Started
Start with the basics.
What Helmara is, who it is for, and how onboarding works.
Helmara is an AI business automation platform that brings six capabilities into one system: Content Generation, Email Campaigns, Customer Support, Calling Agent, Lead Generation and Paid Ads Management. The modules share a Client Portal, billing and Helmara’s wider automation and notification infrastructure.
Helmara is designed primarily for B2C service businesses and small teams that currently use separate tools for marketing, outreach, support and lead generation. Small marketing agencies serving B2C businesses are also part of the target market.
No. Helmara’s modules are independently billable, so you can start with the capabilities your business needs and add other modules later.
Yes. The documented subscription flow allows an existing client to add a module mid-cycle. Once confirmed, access is unlocked and the new module’s setup flow begins.
The documented onboarding flow includes creating your account, verifying your email and WhatsApp number, completing your business profile, choosing the modules you want, selecting plans and billing frequency, setting up payment, and then completing the quick-setup steps for your selected modules.
WhatsApp is a core part of the documented Helmara experience. The onboarding flow verifies a WhatsApp number, and Helmara uses that channel for approval requests, notifications, reminders and other supported interactions.
Platform & Modules
How the specialists fit together.
Six independently available modules that connect where the product defines a shared workflow.
Helmara’s six specialists are:
Where the product defines a shared workflow, yes. For example, Lead Generation lists can feed Email Campaigns, Calling Agent and Paid Ads, while Content Generation assets can be reused as Paid Ads creative. Not every module connects directly to every other module.
Yes. Each module can be subscribed to independently. The connected platform becomes more useful as relevant modules are added, but you do not need all six to start.
No. Helmara’s launch scope is not a full CRM. It manages the workflows and data needed by its six automation modules, including lead lists and outcomes, but broader CRM functionality belongs to a later roadmap.
Helmara automates substantial parts of the work, but the platform is designed to keep the business owner involved in important outbound actions. Content publishing and Email, Calling Agent and Paid Ads campaign launches use approval workflows before execution. Other workflows behave differently; for example, high-confidence Customer Support responses can be answered directly according to the support flow.
Each specialist has a dedicated page:
WhatsApp & Approvals
Stay in control from WhatsApp.
Approvals, notifications and supported interactions without living in another dashboard.
Helmara uses WhatsApp to bring important approvals, notifications and supported interactions to a channel many business owners already use, rather than requiring them to constantly watch another dashboard.
Documented approval-controlled workflows include content publishing, email campaign launch, Calling Agent campaign launch and Paid Ads campaign launch.
No. Approval is used for key outbound actions where client control matters, including content publishing and Email, Calling and Paid Ads campaign launches. Other workflows have different behavior. For example, Lead Generation can notify you when a run is complete, while Customer Support can answer high-confidence questions directly and escalate when needed.
Where the approval workflow supports rejection, you can reject an item and provide feedback so it can return to the relevant workflow for changes instead of being executed.
Yes. Approval requests can expire after a configured period. The shared default is 72 hours, while the Paid Ads approval flow is specified with a 24-hour window.
Helmara’s notification system is designed to support WhatsApp, email, push and in-app delivery according to notification preferences, although the channel used depends on the event and product workflow.
Integrations
What Helmara connects to.
Customer-facing connections for ads, calendars, email and social publishing.
Wave 1 supports Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max and YouTube). LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads are later scope.
Calling Agent supports Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 / Outlook via Microsoft Graph.
The documented onboarding supports Gmail, Outlook and SMTP credentials.
Wave 1 publishing includes Meta, LinkedIn and X. TikTok and YouTube Shorts are Wave 2 destinations.
Launch focuses on Helmara’s specialist workflows and the documented connections listed here, not a general integration marketplace for CRM, Shopify or arbitrary third-party tools.
Billing & Subscriptions
How subscriptions behave.
Module billing, upgrades, cancellations and usage - without invented price figures.
Yes. Modules are independently billable, allowing clients to start with one and add others over time.
Yes. The documented onboarding and subscription management flows support monthly and annual billing, including changing between them later through the Client Portal.
Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately with access to the higher usage limits.
Yes. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal.
Yes. If you proceed with cancellation, the documented flow schedules the module to end at the end of the current billing period, with access retained until that date.
Yes. After you select a module and plan and confirm, access is unlocked immediately, the module quick-setup runs, and Helmara sends a WhatsApp confirmation.
Yes. Helmara meters relevant usage by module, including calling minutes, email sends, lead usage and ad-spend percentage. The Client Portal is designed to show usage information, invoice history, PDF downloads and current subscription state. Payments and subscriptions are handled through Stripe.
Demonstration pricing is shown in the Pricing section on the Helmara homepage. Refer there for current demonstration figures rather than treating any fixed number as a guaranteed price.
Data, Privacy & Security
Controls without overclaiming.
Architecture-backed answers on data handling, recording and access - not certification marketing.
Helmara’s technical specification includes encryption at rest and in transit, tenant isolation, role-based access controls and audit logging as part of the platform security architecture. Payment-card handling is delegated to Stripe rather than storing card details in Helmara’s application infrastructure.
No. The technical specification defines call recording as opt-in rather than automatic, with a default 30-day retention period for recordings.
The Email Campaign specification includes enforced unsubscribe handling and sender-domain readiness requirements such as SPF, DKIM and DMARC before launch.
Helmara documents security architecture and controls such as encryption, tenant isolation, access controls and audit logging. External certifications such as SOC 2 or HIPAA are not claimed here.
Access is controlled through your Client Portal account and role-based permissions defined in the platform architecture. Keep credentials restricted to people who should manage your Helmara workspace.
